Agreement Modification definition
Agreement Modification means changes to this original agreement as executed. Agreement Modifications require prior authorization by the Chief Executive Officer and approval by the Board of Trustees, and be executed by both the District and the Consultant.
Agreement Modification. Any changes in the terms of this MSA in any way shall be valid only if the change is made in writing and approved by mutual agreement of authorized representatives of the parties hereto.
