Beginning with Benefit Plan. year July 1, 2018 and effective in subsequent plan years, each payday, except for the third payday in a month, each full-time regular employee who elects the Insured ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Medical and Vision Plan and choice of dental plan, shall receive one hundred percent (100%) of the ninety percent (90%) of the City Contribution under article 48.2.
