Common use of Bees Clause in Contracts

Bees. Bees MAY NOT be kept on an allotment plot. • However with consent from the Council and subject to a supplementary agreement being signed, bees may be kept on the designated area of the allotments at the Mithian site. • The terms and conditions set out in the supplementary agreement must be met and adhered to and are not negotiable.
