Bedding. All manholes shall be constructed with pre-cast base sections placed to grade upon 12 inches (minimum depth) of aggregate base per section 641 of the current Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction. The base course must be compacted to 95% maximum density (AASHTO T-99).
