RESERVATION CHANGES a) We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries and substitute hotels and accommodations without liability to Company. Included features may not be available for all departures. If a vessel is not able to complete the scheduled itinerary due to low water, high water, mechanical breakdown, or other reason, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary, which right shall include the use of hotels and motorcoaches where necessary.
RESERVATION CHANGES. Change of stay requests (resulting in a shortened length of stay) made less than fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival will incur an additional $250.00 Reservation Change Fee. A Licensee is still responsible for payments for a minimum of seven (7) consecutive weeks or one (1) Summer term regardless of any reservation change request. Refunds will only be given for payments beyond this minimum. Changes (resulting in a shortened length of stay) can only be made prior to the scheduled date of arrival and/or occupancy. Change of stay requests (resulting in a lengthened stay) made at any time will require immediate payment in full of the additional weeks or term when requested. Refunds or discounts will not be given for late arrivals or early departures outside of the reservation change process.
RESERVATION CHANGES. No changes in room arrangement or equipment requested may be made at the time of the meeting. Changes must be requested at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting time. No group may assign its reservation to another group. HOURS OF MEETING Meetings should be scheduled during regular Library hours. Groups will only be allowed in the library if staff are present. Hours available for meeting room use are Monday – Thursday 9-8:45, Friday 9-4:45, Saturday 9-4:45. **Meeting start and end time should include set up and take down of the room.
RESERVATION CHANGES. User shall not make any changes to the Use Period without District’s prior written approval. User shall notify District as soon as possible if User’s planned use of the Park changes or is cancelled. If an event must be cancelled, the Los Alamos Community Services District will retain the $200.00 non- refundable Application Review Fee. Non-Profit Organizations: There is a 50% discount given to 501 (c) (3) non- profit groups.
RESERVATION CHANGES. If a passenger wants to change the date, time, or name for which a reservation was made, they may, if allowed by the fare rule (see above). Currently, no change fees will be assessed. If changing a ticket after the flight has closed, a $50 no-show fee will be assessed. The new ticket may be more expensive and/or subject to different terms, conditions, or restrictions.

RESERVATION CHANGES. The Guest can change the dates of stay (not number of days) without a fee only if the new dates are available and are no more than 3 months from the original arrival date. However, Guest must agree to a price per day increase if the new dates fall within a higher price tier at prevailing rates. Only one reservation date change will be allowed. Any date changes must be made more than 30 days before arrival. No changes will be allowed within 30 days from arrival.
RESERVATION CHANGES. Change requests must be made in writing. Changes to an existing reservation, whatever the cause, will incur a $50 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. This includes name changes and removal of any services such as optional tours and transfers. Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking. Replacing a traveling passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to penalties, and is not covered by this reservation change policy. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of the amendment and must be paid directly by passenger to the service provider. There are no refunds on unused services. Substantial change requests by you such as a change of tour dates will normally be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and rebooking in which case cancellation charges will apply. This change will result in recalculation of your original tour price.
RESERVATION CHANGES a. Once the permit has been filed, no changes in hours will be allowed less than five working days in advance of the scheduled use, except in emergency cases. Such exceptions must be approved by the City Manager or his/her designee.
