Beach Use Clause Samples

Beach Use. Beach space is on a first come first serve basis. At the end of each day all personal items such as floats, chairs, toys, etc., shall be removed from the beach area and stored in seasonal sites. Kayaks and canoes can be stored in the pavilion when the seasonal owners are physically present at the Resort; at all other times they must be stored in seasonal’s site.
Beach Use. The rental of the Clubhouse does NOT include the use of the beach. Licensee shall not permit guests access to beach and/or marina property
Beach Use. Operation of the Premises by the Concessionaire is independent of the operation of the beach. The Town of Nantucket of Town may from time to time close the beach, acting in the public’s interest or in the interest of the State and Federal regulations and guidelines set in place for the protection of listed species. The Town of Nantucket shall not be financially or otherwise liable to the Concessionaire or to the Concessionaire or its agents for any such closure, and such closure shall not change the Concessionaire’s obligations as detailed elsewhere in this lease.

Licensee shall not permit guests access to beach and/or marina property without being escorted by a Member of Cedarcroft Club, Inc. “Member” shall be defined as a resident/homeowner in Cedarcroft that is in good standing in accordance with the Cedarcroft Bylaws and is current on the annual dues in accordance with Cedarcroft Club Bylaws.
