Common use of BCBCBTU Clause in Contracts

BCBCBTU. Effective June 15, 2002, the Emplyers will provide funding for the BCBCBTU of one cent ($.01) pr hour for all hours worked or earned as established in each of the respective trade collective agreements by the contributions made to the Jurisdictional Assignment Plan (JAPlan). This Provision will continue as long as the Bargaining Council structure continues to exist pursuant to the Labour Relations Code.
