BCA Mandates. (i) Each Party shall, at no cost to the other Party, monitor on an ongoing basis all changes mandated by the BCA (including, among others, ITS release 8.0 and all future ITS releases, IPDR and FEP) (collectively, "BCA Mandates"). Except as otherwise provided in subparagraph (ii) below, BCBSSC shall, as part of the Basic Services: (1) fully implement the System modifications required for compliance as determined by BCBSSC with ITS Release 8.0 by no later than the BCA-mandated date, and (2) fully implement the System modifications required for compliance with all other BCA Mandates by the applicable deadline. (ii) The costs of any Wisconsin-specific changes due to BCA Mandates shall be chargeable to BCBSUW under Paragraph 5(b) or 5(c), as applicable.
