BCA Mandates Clause Samples

The BCA Mandates clause defines the obligations and requirements imposed by the Building Code of Australia (BCA) on parties involved in a construction project. This clause typically specifies that all design, construction, and materials used must comply with the standards and regulations set out in the BCA, and may require parties to provide evidence of such compliance, such as certificates or approvals. Its core practical function is to ensure that the project meets legal and safety standards, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance and potential legal or regulatory issues.
