BATHROOM FACILITIES Sample Clauses
The BATHROOM FACILITIES clause sets out the requirements and standards for the provision and maintenance of bathroom amenities within a property or premises. It typically specifies the number, type, and condition of bathrooms that must be available, such as ensuring access to functioning toilets, sinks, and showers for occupants or users. This clause ensures that basic hygiene and comfort needs are met, helping to prevent disputes over inadequate or poorly maintained facilities and promoting a safe and habitable environment.
