Bathroom facilities. Public bathrooms are located on the third-floor landing of City Hall. BNG facilities are for the sole use of Gallery staff members. CHILDREN: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. NO SMOKING POLICY: BNG and City Hall are non-smoking facilities. PHOTOGRAPHY: Flash photography is prohibited, with the exception of approved media. BNG must review any photographs or videos with the client prior to the publishing of such images in any public medium or by using any software platform. BNG reserves the right to take photographs of events held at the Gallery for marketing purposes.

Licensees (not Guests) may use the shower facilities, but it is intended for use after physical activities (such as biking to work or a lunchtime run), not as a substitute for your home bathroom. Licensees are expected to keep their toiletries, towels, etc., in appropriate water-proof bags in their own work station area, and remove them at the end of each day. For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the high-side of the facility substation transformers. This power factor range standard shall be dynamic and can be met using, for example, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors, or a combination of the two. For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after May 1, 2015, and before November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of more than 20 MW, other than wind- powered and other non-synchronous Generating Facilities, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of 20 MW or less, and all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue prior to May 1, 2015, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the Point of Interconnection. Any different reactive power design criteria that Transmission Provider determines to be appropriate for a wind-powered or other non-synchronous generation facility shall be stated in the Interconnection Service Agreement. A Transmission Interconnection Customer interconnecting Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities and/ or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities shall design its Customer Facility to maintain a power factor at the Point of Interconnection of at least 0.95 leading and 0.95 lagging, when the Customer Facility is operating at any level within its approved operating range.

  • Common Facilities Common Facilities shall mean the non-assigned parking areas; lobby; elevator(s); fire stairs; public hallways; public lavatories; all other general Building facilities that service all Building tenants; air conditioning rooms; fan rooms; janitors' closets; electrical closets; telephone closets; elevator shafts and machine rooms; flues; stacks; pipe shafts and vertical ducts with their enclosing walls.   • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.
