Bath. The bath shall be fitted securely and there shall be no leaks. Showers only will be accepted in studios and bedsits due to the limited space and as long as they meet the following showers standards: (a) bathrooms shall be tiled to a height of 300mm around bath and well sealed at the joints; (b) all bath panels shall be free of defects; (c) generally the standard to be reached in a bathroom is one where normal usage will not lead to any water ingress into the structure of the accommodation over the period of the lease.
