Basis for Making Sample Clauses

Basis for Making. MJUF Determinations - DC Water shall make determinations of the extent to which any facility is utilized by one or more entities and is, therefore, a MJUF; and, based thereon, shall make a recommendation regarding how the cost of building, operating, maintaining, or rehabilitating the facilities might be equitably shared among those entities, as more fully described in Section 3.B.3. below.
