Basic Tool Kit Sample Clauses
The "Basic Tool Kit" clause defines the set of standard tools and equipment that a contractor or worker is expected to provide for themselves when performing work under the agreement. Typically, this clause lists common hand tools or basic instruments that are considered essential for the trade, such as hammers, screwdrivers, or measuring tapes, and clarifies that specialized or large equipment will be supplied by the employer or project owner. Its core practical function is to set clear expectations regarding responsibility for basic tools, thereby preventing disputes over tool provision and ensuring that workers arrive adequately prepared for their tasks.
