Subleased Premises: Approximately 7,234 square feet of space on the 24th floor of the building (“Building”) known as the Prudential Tower and numbered ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, all as more particularly described in the Prime Lease attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof.
