Subtenant’s Use Clause Samples

The "Subtenant’s Use" clause defines the specific purposes and activities for which a subtenant is permitted to use the leased premises. It typically outlines any restrictions or limitations on the types of business operations, services, or activities that can be conducted by the subtenant, such as prohibiting certain hazardous uses or requiring compliance with zoning laws. By clearly specifying allowable uses, this clause helps prevent disputes between the landlord, tenant, and subtenant, and ensures that the property is used in a manner consistent with the landlord’s expectations and legal requirements.
