Basic Specifications and Variations. The basic specifications for the Products as well as initial variations thereof shall be set forth by the Parties in a form of the Annex 1 to this Agreement without undue delay after the homologation of the Products for the any of the Territories. Such basic specifications and variations may be modified from time to time by a written instrument signed by the Parties.
