BASIC SERVICES & COMPENSATION FOR BASIC SERVICES. The Architect’s Basic Services, as outlined in this Agreement, include architectural, structural, civil, landscape, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering services, and any other services necessary to produce reasonably complete and accurate sets of required/applicable construction documents for the Project. All services described in this Agreement shall only be provided when authorized in advance and in writing by the Owner. In addition, all Project-related documentation shall be provided on an ongoing basis, as required by the Owner, for use by the Owner and ▇▇▇▇. The Architect shall provide a construction document deliverable schedule including the interim deliverables after the Project schedule is provided by the Architect and approved by the Owner. The Architect shall provide services of architectural, structural, civil, landscape, mechanical, and/or electrical engineering, and other engineers (subconsultants), qualified by training and experience in their respective fields, as needed, to address the requirements of the Project. The Architect shall submit a list of the names to the Owner of the subconsultants to be employed by the Architect, in advance, for the Owner’s review and approval. Said approval shall not be unreasonably withheld by the Owner.
