Common use of BASIC SERVICES & COMPENSATION FOR BASIC SERVICES Clause in Contracts

BASIC SERVICES & COMPENSATION FOR BASIC SERVICES. The Architect’s Basic Services, as outlined in this Agreement, include architectural, structural, civil, landscape, mechanical, and/or electrical engineering services, and any other services and/or work necessary to produce reasonably complete and accurate sets of required/applicable construction documents for the Project. All services and/or work described in this Agreement, including Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, and 2.5 listed herein, shall only be provided when authorized in advance and in writing by the Owner. In addition, all Project related documentation shall be provided on an ongoing basis, as required by the Owner, for use by the Owner and the GC. Completion of BASIC SERVICES shall be no later than OCTOBER 1, 2026.
