Common use of BASIC REQUIRMENTS Clause in Contracts

BASIC REQUIRMENTS. (a) Employed as a full-time Officer for a minimum of one (1) year. Employed with the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a full-time Officer, for a minimum of one (1) year, successfully completing the initial probationary period while classified as "Recruit III." (b) Must demonstrate proficiency in the understanding of the policies and procedures of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Police Department. (c) Must demonstrate proficiency in the ability to perform all basic requirements of Patrol I. (d) Must be certified to operate the Intoxilyzer 8000, and maintain certification. (e) Must be Standard Field Sobriety Test (SFST) certified and proficient in administering test. (f) Must be Radar certified.
