Basic Operating Cost Sample Clauses

The Basic Operating Cost clause defines the fundamental expenses associated with operating a property or facility, typically under a lease or management agreement. This clause outlines which costs are included—such as utilities, maintenance, insurance, and property management fees—and may specify how these costs are calculated and allocated among tenants or parties. By clearly delineating what constitutes basic operating costs, the clause ensures transparency in expense sharing and helps prevent disputes over which charges are the responsibility of each party.
