Basic Life If an employee is not actively at work on the initial effective date of coverage, coverage will be effective on the first day of the employee’s return to work. The effective date of a change in coverage is not delayed in the event that, on the date the coverage change would be effective, an employee is on an unpaid leave of absence or layoff.
Basic Work Week (a) The basic work week of an employee working full-time shall be thirty-seven (37) hours to be worked as scheduled by the Company as follows: - Four (4) shifts of eight (8) hours and one (1) shift of five (5) hours; or - Two (2) shifts of eight (8) hours and three (3) shifts of seven (7) hours.
Basic Work Year The regular work year shall be prescribed by the School District each year for regular employees.
Basic Workweek The basic workweek for full-time employees shall be forty (40) hours, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour days. Basic Services The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services include all disciplines identified in Article 15 and all related usual and customary design, consultant, and other services necessary and reasonably inferable to complete the Project, or any phase of the Project, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of this Agreement.
Basic Fee The basic fee for a Fund (the "Basic Fee") for any period shall equal: (i) the Fund's average net assets during such period, multiplied by (ii) the annual rate identified for such Fund on Schedule B-1 hereto, multiplied by (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of calendar days in the payment period and the denominator of which is 365 (366 in leap years).
