BASIC INITIAL TERM MINIMUM RENT. Tenant shall pay to Landlord basic Minimum Rent according to the schedule on Exhibit "F" attached hereto, payable in advance on the first business day of each calendar month. Such monthly amount is referred to herein as the "BASIC INITIAL TERM MINIMUM RENT."
