BASIC and SPECIAL SERVICES Sample Clauses

The "BASIC and SPECIAL SERVICES" clause defines and distinguishes between the standard services included in a contract (basic services) and any additional, non-standard services (special services) that may be provided. Typically, basic services are those routinely expected and covered by the standard fee, such as regular maintenance or consulting, while special services might include extra work like emergency repairs, custom projects, or services outside normal business hours, often billed separately. This clause ensures both parties are clear on what is included in the base agreement and what may incur additional charges, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over service expectations and compensation.
