Base Royalties. In consideration of the rights and licenses granted to Pegas hereunder, and of the obligations of ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ETI hereunder, Pegas agrees to pay ETI as a "Royalty" or "Royalties" the following amounts:
