Base Pay Increase Clause Samples
Base Pay Increase. Each employee shall receive a base pay increase of three percent (3%) on January 1, 2022, three percent (3%) on January 1, 2023, and two and one-half percent (2.5%) on January 1, 2024. Wages will take effect at the beginning of the first full pay period in the fiscal year. For the purpose of calculating the pay increase, the base pay does not include longevity pay.
Base Pay Increase. The Agreement Committee shall meet once per year and discuss if the Employee shall receive an increase in his base pay. The City and Township in preparation for this meeting shall each perform an independent evaluation of the Employee’s performance. The results of the Employee’s evaluations shall only be disclosed to the other party as allowed by law. The Agreement Committee shall recommend a pay increase and each party shall pay fifty percent (50%) of the increase in the Employee’s base salary and any ancillary cost increases in the Employee’s Personnel Costs associated with the pay increase. The Employee’s base pay shall be effective on the first day of January following his performance review.
Base Pay Increase the pay increases shall be applied as follows: On December 16, 2021, all employees receive $2.00 per hour increase to base pay. On July 1, 2022, all employees receive two percent (2%) increase to base pay. Each of the above increases to base pay shall apply to the starting pay rate for new hires. Between January 1, 2023 and June 30, 2023, upon written request by either party, the Contract shall be subject to reopening on the sole issue of wages.
