Base Bonus. Commencing with the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021, the Executive shall be paid a base bonus (the “Base Bonus”) with respect to each fiscal year ending during the Term of two hundred thousand ($200,000). On or prior to December 31, 2020, in full satisfaction for any amounts owed under the Prior Agreement, the Company shall pay to the Executive a one-time payment of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000).
