BA’s liability Clause Samples
BA’s liability to Covad in the event of a BA error in or omission of a listing shall not exceed the amount of charges actually paid by Covad for such listing. In addition, Covad agrees to take, with respect to its own Customers, all reasonable steps to ensure that its and BA's liability to Covad's Customers in the event of a BA error in or omission of a listing shall be subject to the same limitations that BA's liability to its own Customers are subject to.
BA’s liability to Compass in the event of a BA error in or omission of a listing shall not exceed the amount of charges actually paid by Compass for such listing. In addition, Compass agrees to take, with respect to its own Customers, all reasonable steps to ensure that its and BA’s liability to Compass’s Customers in the event of a BA error in or omission of a listing shall be subject to the same limitations that BA’s liability to its own Customers are subject to.

In addition, PriCellular agrees to take, with respect to its own Customers, all reasonable steps to ensure that its and BA’s liability to PriCellular’s Customers in the event of a BA error in or omission of a listing shall be subject to the same limitations that BA’s liability to its own Customers are subject to.
