Barring. When the second PMB03 is raised, the MB003 is not immediately generated by the ESAS. Instead on the daily barring report the second PMB03 shall have a notification to alert the issuer of this PMB03 to send a message to the operator of the MES on board the vessel, to inform the operator of the impending barring. The Daily Barring Report for the second PMB03 shall include the following notification :
