Barring. (a) The Subscriber can keying the provided barring code prevent use of SORACOM Private Network Service, and whereby the Subscriber, by keying the code, is able to establish as well as cancel the barring with immediate effect.
Barring. Director and Agent recognize that Agent in the pursuance of Agent’s duties may be barred from doing business with certain employers. Such barring shall not be grounds for termination hereof by the Director. If the Agent is barred, then upon request of the Director, the Agent will submit to Director the name of a subscribing agent comparable in standing to the Agent who will act as substitute agent with the employer who has barred the Agent during the period the Agent is barred. The Director may object to the proposed substitute agent in which event the Agent will submit the name of a second proposed substitute agent comparable in standing to the Agent to whom the Director may also object. If the Director objects to the second substitute agent the Agent agrees to submit the name of a proposed third substitute agent. If the Director objects to the proposed third agent then Agent may: A. Submit other proposed substitute agents until a substitute agent acceptable to Director is obtained or; B. Submit the dispute regarding any rejected proposed substitute agent to arbitration in accordance with the provisions in Paragraph 7 hereof. If any arbitration decision rejects a proposed substitute agent then either of the procedures referred to in A. and B. shall be repeated until an acceptable substitute agent is obtained. The Agent agrees to act in good faith in naming proposed substitute agents and the Director agrees to act in good faith in making any objections.
Barring. When the second PMB03 is raised, the MB003 is not immediately generated by the ESAS. Instead on the daily barring report the second PMB03 shall have a notification to alert the issuer of this PMB03 to send a message to the operator of the MES on board the vessel, to inform the operator of the impending barring. The Daily Barring Report for the second PMB03 shall include the following notification :

Barring. 38.1 If the Customer entrusts a third party with its mobile telephone, the Customer is responsible for any ordering of content-charged services, including orders made by children and young people. If the Customer does not wish to have access to content-charged services via the Customer's mobile agreement, the Customer may block this feature by calling Telenor Customer Service. In this case, the Customer will still have access to sending and receiving normally charged SMS/MMS messages.

SIM locking Sonera Equipment Agreement - Service description - 06/2014 The terminal device that the customer purchases when conclud- ing the subscription agreement may be SIM-locked. This means that the device can only be used together with a Sonera or Tele Finland subscription covered by a Fixed-term Equipment Agree- ment including a 3G device. The subscription, however, may also be used on other phones. Depending on the type of the cus- tomer’s SIM card, the card may have to be changed when the customer starts using the subscription. The customer is not en- titled to unlock the SIM-locking without the operator’s consent. If, contrary to the above, the customer unlocks or attempts to unlock the SIM, he/she is liable for any resultant damage and Sonera has the right to prevent the use of the device. Sonera gives the device-holder the unlocking information at the earliest when the fixed-term agreement period of the Equipment Agreement expires. When the SIM-locking has been unlocked, the device purchased under the Equipment Agreement also works with other mobile subscriptions.

You may subscribe to the following Barring Services: Barring for Content-Charged Services, Adult Content, Parental Lock, GPRS/3G, Individual Barring, Barring – Calls and SMS, MMS Barring, International Barring. Cancellation of the barring requires a written notice from the IT/Telephony department responsible for the solution.
