Common use of Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all regularly scheduled full-time, regularly scheduled part-time and per diem registered nurses engaged in patient care at the Hospital, excluding supervisors, nursing care coordinators, temporary nurses, students, and all other employees. New classifications of registered nurses engaged in patient care established during the life of this Agreement shall be covered by this Agreement.

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for agent for, and this Agreement shall cover, all regularly scheduled full-time, regularly scheduled part-time and per diem registered nurses engaged employed by the Employer as Resident Nurse, Staff Nurse, RN Case Manager and Charge Nurse, at its hospital, associated clinics, or in patient care at its Hospice program, subject to the Hospitalprovisions of Article 1.2, excluding supervisors, nursing care coordinators, temporary nurses, students, head nurses and other supervisors and all other employees. New classifications of registered nurses engaged in patient care established during the life of this Agreement shall be covered by this Agreement.

New classifications of registered nurses engaged in patient care established during the life of this Agreement shall be covered by this Agreement.

The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for agent for, and this Agreement shall cover, all regularly scheduled full-time, regularly scheduled part-time and per diem Per Diem registered nurses engaged in patient care employed by the Employer as Staff Nurse and Charge Nurse/Coordinator, at the Hospitalits hospital, excluding supervisors, nursing care coordinators, temporary nurses, students, head nurses and other supervisors and all other employees. New classifications of registered nurses engaged in patient care established during the life of this Agreement shall be covered by this Agreement.

New classifications of registered nurses engaged in patient care established during the life of this Agreement shall be covered by this Agreement.
