Common use of Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for, and this Agreement shall cover, all full-time, part-time and per diem registered nurses employed by the Employer as Resident Nurse, Staff Nurse, RN Case Manager and Charge Nurse, at its hospital, associated clinics, or in its Hospice program, subject to the provisions of Article 1.2, excluding head nurses and other supervisors and all other employees.

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for, and this Agreement shall cover, representative for all regularly scheduled full-time, regularly scheduled part-time and per diem registered nurses employed by engaged in patient care at the Employer as Resident Nurse, Staff Nurse, RN Case Manager and Charge Nurse, at its hospital, associated clinics, or in its Hospice program, subject to the provisions of Article 1.2Hospital, excluding head nurses and other supervisors supervisors, nursing care coordinators, temporary nurses, students, and all other employees. New classifications of registered nurses engaged in patient care established during the life of this Agreement shall be covered by this Agreement.

The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for, and this Agreement shall cover, all full-time, part-time and per diem Per Diem registered nurses who provide direct patient care employed by the Employer as Resident Nurseincluding Nurse Team Lead, Staff Nurse, RN Case Manager and House Charge Nurse, at its hospitaland relief positions, associated clinics, or in its Hospice program, subject to the provisions of Article 1.2, but excluding head nurses managers and other supervisors and all other employees.

The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for, and this Agreement shall cover, all full-time, part-time and per diem Per Diem registered nurses employed by the Employer as Resident Nurse, Staff Nurse, RN Case Manager Nurse and Charge Nurse/Coordinator, at its hospital, associated clinics, or in its Hospice program, subject to the provisions of Article 1.2, excluding head nurses and other supervisors and all other employees.

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes agrees to recognize the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent representative for, and this Agreement shall cover, all regular full-time, part-time time, and per diem registered nurses Registered Nurses employed by the Employer as at its hospital in Resident Nurse, Staff Nurse, RN Case Manager and Charge Nurse, at its hospital, associated clinics, Nurse or in its Hospice program, subject to the provisions of Article 1.2other positions covered by this Agreement, excluding head nurses Unit Managers, Department Directors, guards, managerial employees, and other supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, and all other employees.
