Bargaining Representation. The Employer recognizes Teamsters Local Union 238, as the exclusive bargaining representative for its bargaining unit Employees as identified in paragraph two (2) hereof, with respect to the negotiable items set forth under Section Nine (9), Scope of Negotiations, Iowa Public Employment Relations Act and as otherwise provided by law.
