Bargaining Representation. 7 The Board recognizes the East County Bargaining Council as the exclusive collective 8 bargaining representative with respect to economic benefits and other conditions of 9 employment to the extent required by Oregon Law, Chapter ORS 243.650 to 243.782, 10 for the term hereof for all employees in the bargaining unit defined as follows:
