Banks; Powers of Attorney. Schedule 4.21 sets forth (a) the names and locations of all banks, trust companies, savings and loan associations and other financial institutions at which either Company maintains safe deposit boxes or accounts of any nature to which it has access, and of all Persons authorized to draw thereon, make withdrawals therefrom or have access thereto; and (b) the names of all Persons to whom either Company has granted a power of attorney.
