Banks; Powers of Attorney. Schedule 3.20 sets forth (a) the names and locations of all banks, trust companies, savings and loan associations and other financial institutions at which the Company maintains safe deposit boxes or accounts of any nature and the names of all persons authorized to draw thereon, make withdrawals therefrom or have access thereto and (b) the names of all persons to whom the Company has granted a power of attorney, together with a description thereof. The Company has provided NET with true and complete copies of all bank statements received by it twenty-four months prior to the date of this agreement.
