Bankruptcy Events of Default Generally. This GDSC recommendation of August 21, 2003, encouraged adoption of a “catchall” provision that covers any form of bank- ruptcy not already covered in the enumeration of bankruptcy/insolvency events. The definition of Insolvency Proceeding in Annex 1 of the Terms has been amended through the addition of clause (b) to include such a provision.
