Common use of BANKING ACT Clause in Contracts

BANKING ACT. The Cardholder hereby authorises Maybank and/or its officers to make use of, disclose, divulge or reveal any information relating to his/her account for purposes of or in connection with any action or proceeding taken for the purpose of recovery of monies due and payable by the Cardholder to Maybank under this Agreement.

BANKING ACT. The Cardholder Cardmember hereby authorises Maybank and/or its officers to make use of, disclose, divulge or reveal any information relating to his/her account for purposes of or in connection with any action or proceeding taken for the purpose of recovery of monies due and payable by the Cardholder Cardmember to Maybank under this Agreement.

The Cardholder hereby authorises Maybank and/or its officers oÆcers to make use of, disclose, divulge or reveal any information relating to his/her account for purposes of or in connection with any action or proceeding taken for the purpose of recovery of monies due and payable by the Cardholder to Maybank under this Agreement.
