Common use of Bank Termination of Use or Access Clause in Contracts

Bank Termination of Use or Access. We will not in any way be obligated to grant you use of or access to the Service if: (1) such use or access is not in accordance with any term or condition applicable to the Service; (2) such use or access is not permitted by any state or federal law or regulation; (3) the Bank has reasonable cause to believe that such use or access may not be authorized by you or any third party whose authorization the Bank believes is necessary for such use or access; or (4) the Bank has reasonable cause to deny such use or access for your or our protection.
