Bank Accounts and Safe Deposit Boxes. Schedule 7.23discloses the title and number of each bank or other deposit or financial account, and each lock box and safety deposit box used by the Acquiror Company since the inception of the Acquiror Company, the financial institution at which that account or box is maintained and the names of the persons authorized to draw against the account or otherwise have access to the account or box, as the case may be. To the best of the Acquiror Company’s knowledge, other than the bank accounts and safe deposit boxes referenced above and included in Schedule 7.23, no other bank accounts or safe deposit boxes exist.
