Bandwidth Limits Sample Clauses

The Bandwidth Limits clause sets a maximum threshold on the amount of data that can be transmitted or received over a network connection within a specified period. In practice, this clause may define monthly data caps for users or restrict the speed of data transfer once a certain usage level is reached. Its core function is to manage network resources efficiently and prevent excessive usage by any single party, thereby ensuring fair access and avoiding network congestion.
