Common use of Bail Bond Clause in Contracts

Bail Bond. We will pay the premium for a bail bond from a licensed bail bond service for a bail bond with a face value up to $50,000. The Member will be responsible for meeting all other requirements to obtain a bond, including requirements for a bond of any larger size. Neither LFD nor the Contracting Attorney agrees to act as surety for the Member.
