BAG. 02 BAC PROCEDURES FOR ALCOHOL TESTING Initial alcohol screenings will be administered using a preliminary chemical breath analysis, taken by a Class I Operator using an approved preliminary breath test device. All initial alcohol positive results will be confirmed using an evidential breath alcohol test instrument approved by the Michigan Department of State Police. Evidential breath alcohol tests shall be conducted by a certified operator and all techniques and procedures shall by followed as prescribed by the Michigan Department of State Police.
