Badging. All craft labor will go thru a Skanska orientation process and receive a badge that they will be required to display at all times while working on site. This includes your own staff and any lower tier contractors whom you might employ. Workers badges will be made and distributed shortly after completion of the on-site orientation (normally within 72 hours). You are directed to include the cost for badging as part of your bid and subsequently your subcontract in accordance with the following table: Bid / Subcontract Value Badge Value to Include Up to $100,000 $ 100 Up to $250,000 $ 240 Up to $500,000 $ 400 Up to $1,000,000 $ 700 Up to $2,000,000 $ 1,400 Up to $5,000,000 $ 3,500 Up to $10,000,000 $ 7,000 Up to $20,000,000 $ 12,000 Up to $50,000,000 $ 25,000 Up to $100,000,000 $ 40,000 Skanska will invoice you one time for these costs and will provide each of your workers a badge. If for some reason a worker loses a badge, he will be reissued a new badge at a cost of $25/badge. Replacement badges will be paid for in cash or by company check. No personal checks.

Badging. In accordance with the Airport Security Program, Concessionaire must obtain Airport security badging and fingerprinting for its eligible employees, subcontractors, suppliers, agents, and/or representatives, and pay any and all related costs associated with this privilege. Concessionaire agrees to pay any associated fees and/or penalties for all badges not returned within this time frame. Concessionaire will be required to comply with all security requirements currently in effect or as may be implemented from time to time, including but not limited to background checks for each badge requested. Concessionaire will be required to have each employee continuously display any issued Airport security badge while on Airport property. Failure to do so may result in the immediate suspension and/or termination of badge access and this Agreement. If the badge holder’s Airport access is deactivated due to badge expiration, termination, suspension and/or other cessation of employment and/or termination of this Agreement, or such other terms as may be designated by the Aviation Managing Director or designee, Concessionaire must immediately report such information to the Port. Concessionaire is responsible for ensuring all Airport-issued badges are returned to the Port for any circumstances as described above. Concessionaire will have some or all badge/access privileges immediately suspended and/or revokes as appropriate in the sole discretion of the Director Aviation Security for failure to adhere to the Airport Security Plan or for failure to return all badges within the time frames specified herein, and issue Liquidated Damages as provided in Section. Such actions may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement, at the sole discretion of the Port.
Badging. The Employer agrees to continue to pay the full cost of the employee’s necessary badging. The Employee will be responsible for any costs incurred for the lost, misplaced, or non-returned badges.
