Backup of Data. You must maintain copies of all Data inputted into the Service. TAGGIT ASSETS adheres to its best practice policies and procedures to prevent data loss, including a daily system data back-up regime, but does not make any guarantees that there will be no loss of Data. TAGGIT ASSETS expressly excludes liability for any loss of Data (including Data archived pursuant to clause 5.6) no matter how caused.
