Backup of Data. (a) We do not provide a backup service of the Data. You have the ability to do this yourself and therefore the responsibility and all liability in respect of this remains with You. (b) You acknowledge that We do not provide this backup service and that in order to account for the Data, You must put measures in place to back up the Data.
