Backstop Order Sample Clauses

Backstop Order. The Bankruptcy Court shall have entered the Backstop Order, and such Order shall be a Final Order and not subject to a stay.

Backstop Order. (i) The Bankruptcy Court shall have entered the Backstop Order, (ii) the Backstop Order shall be consistent in all material respects with the terms of this Agreement and the RSA and otherwise in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Debtors, and (iii) the Backstop Order shall be a Final Order.
