Common use of Backlog Report Clause in Contracts

Backlog Report. Within forty-five (45) calendar days after the close of each of the first three fiscal quarters of Holdings’ fiscal year and within ninety (90) calendar days after the close of the fourth fiscal quarter of Holdings’ fiscal year, a summary and report of order backlog of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries in a form consistent with the summaries and reports of order backlog delivered to the Administrative Agent on or prior to the Closing Date or otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
