BACKGROUND & PURPOSE. 1.1 Bournemouth Borough Council (Bournemouth) and the Borough of ▇▇▇▇▇ (Poole), jointly referred to as “the Parties”, have agreed to work jointly towards the delivery of a Building Schools for the Future (BSF) Programme (“the Programme”), involving schools and facilities in North Bournemouth and North East Poole. This Memorandum is intended to provide a framework within which the Parties can work towards the achievement of the objectives set out below.
