Backfill of Positions When an Employee is on Leave. If an employee is scheduled to be gone for one (1) month or more, the Site Manager shall assess the current needs of the house and shall post no more than two (2) current/revised schedules. Assignment posting shall last three (3) calendar days and no employee shall be awarded more than one (1) assignment. Management will determine how to cover the remaining workload needs. This is a voluntary, temporary trade based on seniority. It is not considered a lateral transfer.
