Backbilling. Charges for all services provided pursuant to this Agreement may be billed by the billing Party for up to nine (9) months after the initial date service was furnished, but in no event shall backbilling pursuant to this Agreement occur for services provided prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement. This Section shall not apply to backbilling that would be appropriate where changes are not evident other than through an audit pursuant to “Verification Reviews” provisions of this Agreement.
